Jaspora is a Tropical band from Melbourne. With a mix of Tropical Reggae, the groovy sound of Caribbean Soca, Calypso, Zouk and Sega music from Mauritius.

Jaspora is a 6 piece Calypso / Tropical Reggae band from Melbourne who is steadily winning fans and devotees. With the mix of Tropical Reggae music and the groovy sound of Caribbean Soca, Calypso, Kreol Zouk and Tropical music from Mauritius, the band is creating a new vibes to make people happy.

Jaspora has performed at a number of festivals and events around Melbourne. In March 2013, and back in 2015 by popular demand, the band performed twice at Australia’s largest outdoor festival, Moomba including “the cultural stage” and also for the televised and infamous Moomba Parade as the first live band to perform on a float for 20 years twice in 3 years and in front of 100,000 onlookers and also in 2018 They have also played extensively in various bars, clubs and private functions earning themselves a dedicated fan base.

Jaspora is currently recording a new EP and has recently been on various radio shows including 3ZZZ and PBSFM.
